The hotel's strategic position within the Hangzhou Centre complex provides convenient access to major shopping centers and offers impressive city, Grand Canal, and even West Lake views.

Premium suites boast 270-degree glass corners, providing cinematic panoramic views of the Hangzhou cityscape, the Grand Canal, and West Lake. While generally praised, one guest noted the new decor "lacks character." Deluxe King Rooms are generously sized at 570 square feet.
4. Dining Experience

The all-day dining room, Charm, offers a diverse "globe-trotting breakfast spread" with various options including continental, American, buffet, Italian, and a range of Asian, vegetarian, vegan, halal, and gluten-free choices. Guests appreciate the inclusion of Hangzhou local snacks at breakfast, with the seafood congee being a particularly delicious mention. Great location with nice views. The hotel feels very new and the room service was super quick. Julia and Eloise were amazing — really friendly and attentive. The standard room is a bit on the small side though, and the amenities don’t quite match what I’ve experienced at other Four Seasons.

Entrance a bit difficult to find, might have trouble when calling the cabs. Other than that the experience was great. Very nice breakfast options, tasty and varied. Rooms were also nice and new. Lobby 10th floor has a nice garden to walk around.

Fabulous stay with generally excellent service. For example, Sabrina was especially helpful and friendly when we met her at the gym and the entrance. Most staff were helpful though not as warm as Sabrina. Yes, the entrance is easy to miss for cabbies.

Fantastic hospitality. Will, the Cantonese speaking hotel manager, gave us a world class service from A to Z. We will come back again.
