A lovely place for afternoon tea. Staff are incredibly attentive with an amazing building to host a very special service for customers. I've been for afternoon tea there a number of times and remain so impressed with the quality of service from the staff there. Good is just right with a great selection of teas as well as champagne. Spa is nice. Pool is too shallow for my liking. The hot tub outdoors is amazing though. The service is extremely slow. Took 20 minutes to take my order. Then when waiting for lunch it was 20 minutes late for a sandwich. Appears the spa is not well managed and a girl walks slowly to the kitchen constantly. Strange set up. Why order so early if its not making it efficent?
