Eremo della Giubiliana was one of the most memorable places I’ve ever stayed. A peaceful, countryside retreat with a beautifully preserved medieval feel. The building had so much character, and every detail felt thoughtful and authentic. The food was incredible—fresh, local, and full of flavor. I still remember them carving a big block of chocolate right at the table. Quiet luxury at its finest.

My husband and I stayed in one of the cottages by the airfield for three nights and loved it. Cozy, rustic luxury. The whole property features charming gardens and an attractive pool grotto - many places to enjoy reading, quiet chatting, and a refreshing beverage. The restaurant was top top top - we loved the steak and tuna, especially. The black pork ragout is worth a try, too! The staff was nice...

Unforgettable Sicilian Cooking Experience! Our cooking class at Eremo Della Giubiliana was truly an unforgettable experience! Chefs Antonio and Maria were fantastic. They guided us through making fresh ravioli with a meat sauce, traditional Sicilian braciole, and a special local dessert. A heartfelt thank you to Gianna as well, whose hospitality and warm welcome made us feel right at home. I can...

We had a lovely stay here. The buildings and grounds are very well maintained, the service was friendly and very helpful, and the food (breakfast and dinner) was all local, fresh and delicious. Both my wife and I enjoyed a massage at the on-site spa which was great, especially for the price. My only critique is that the Superior room was slightly small for a family of 3, but we would absolutely st...

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Erema Della Giubiliana; a perfect retreat for exploring nearby Modica, Ragusa & Scicli, plus wineries and olive oil producers in the region (arranged by the helpful front desk team). The absolute highlight of our time was the cooking class with chef Antonio, coordinated and assisted by host Gianna. Two hours of learning and laughing, capped with an extraordinary ...

My room was in the main building (old part)Room had mold in bathroom and worms. Service to properly clean it was difficult to get addressed. Beds were thin mattress on boards. While the grounds were beautiful. This is not by any means a five star hotel. It’s rating should be 3 star that is why the price is reasonable.
