2. Key Highlights
Guests particularly love the hotel's prime location, its modern and comfortable rooms, and the fantastic rooftop terrace with a pool and great city views. The outstanding and friendly staff also stands out as a major highlight, contributing to a feeling of being well taken care of. The hotel's design, which marries modernist exterior with a vanguard interior, is also frequently appreciated.
3. Room Quality
The hotel offers 67 air-conditioned rooms, described as luxury, cozy, and comfortable, with a sleek, funky, and futuristic design. Rooms are well-designed with modern lighting, mirrors, and decor, making them feel spacious. They feature sprawling platform beds, comfortable mattresses and pillows (some by Treca de Paris), and large flat-screen TVs with satellite channels. Many rooms boast private balconies or terraces, offering city views. Bathrooms typically include a bidet, walk-in shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries, though some guests noted an initial lack of toiletries. Soundproofed rooms ensure a peaceful night's sleep despite the central location.
4. Dining Experience
Hotel CRAM is home to Angle Barcelona, a Two Michelin Star restaurant run by Spanish celebrity chef Jordi Cruz, offering exceptional, innovative takes on traditional dishes through a tasting menu. Breakfast is served on the seventh-floor Ànemos Terrace Bar, providing magnificent views. The buffet breakfast is described as good, with a range of hot and cold options including patisserie, charcuterie, fresh fruit, and juices. However, some guests found the coffee slightly underwhelming. Other dining options include a poolside bar and a cocktail bar, and room service is available.
5. Service & Staff

The Universitat metro station is three blocks away, providing excellent connectivity throughout the city. Barcelona Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive away, and the hotel offers an airport shuttle service for a fee.

The room was very bright and spacious. Everything very pretty and thought on detail. Ut was quite clean and they had all the toiletries including tooth brush and a small toothpaste, showercap and shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash all from Rituals. The staff was exeptional, very very polite, we left the baggage there in the morning, and also the day that we were leaving. They also offered ...

Funny place. The switches for everything in the room were quite special, later I realized I was in a love hotel. Everything was great with one minor exception of waking up at 6am with my bed shaking due to a “happy moment” in the neighbour room. Idk how they connected beds on the wall but it was an “funny experience”. The other days I heard noises too but it didn’t bother me like the bed shaking.

Rooms are clean, location is great. Rooms old and falling apart Staff over all nice, apart from the french receptionist who refused to give me an extra pillow when asked so at 22.00 cause “house keeping is closed” ?!?? It is basically a 3 star hotel dressed up as a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is terrible. The roof terrace is small and claustrophobic and the selection is poor

I went to Hotel Cram because my friend wanted to show it to me, but the supposed new policy blocking non-guests from the bar put an abrupt end to that. Management can make whatever rules it wants, but the way the staff handled the situation was remarkably poor. And honestly, seeing an almost empty hotel café on a Monday, you’d think someone might realize it’s an opportunity for business—not a mome...
