  • Spa Experience Coordination: A criticism included disorganization regarding massage appointments, a perceived weak massage, and a lack of information about post-treatment facilities like hairdryers and changing rooms, leading to awkward situations.
  • Wi-Fi Stability: One reviewer mentioned unstable Wi-Fi, though this was not a widespread complaint.
  • Dinner Timings: The set dinner times, particularly at the Michelin-starred restaurant (starting from 19:30 or 21:00 on New Year's Eve), might not be ideal for all families with young children.

A lovely place to stay on the edge of town. The hotel conveniently runs a free shuttle service to the lifts each day, should you need it, so the fact you are a little distance away from the lifts doesn't matter (you can walk there if needed 10 mins). The rooms are very quiet which is great. Truly brilliant service by all members of staff and every dinner meal we had was immaculately presented and ...

A lovely boutique-styled Chalet Hotel. Room was spacious and well appointed. Service, staff and food are what makes this an outstanding hotel. Some of the best food I have ever eaten with Sommeliers who know their stuff. Spa area is relaxing, and my massage was thoroughly needed and enjoyed after some days on the slopes at Les Deux Alpes. A great stay and definitely hope to return one day.

Did not try the full experience but had a very nice drink in the lounge area. Snug and cosy mountain style with great staff. Also tried the spa. Great experience. With a massage you can use the spa for 1 hour prior your appointment. Still good one year later! Went to the restaurant today. Set menu everyday. Great wines by the glass.

However evening meals were beautiful but not massive portions, having said that, breakfast was the most important meal of the day, I literally cannot eat pain at chocolate from anywhere else now! So you eat well at breakfast, have lunch on the slopes, and by 8pm.... you rea...
