Amazing place. The rooms are great and the view at breakfast across vines and olive groves will never get old. Gaiole is a lovely village and plenty of quality vineyard tours in the vicinity.

Beautiful spot, wonderful food, relaxing spa, and friendly people. The location is beautiful. Right in the hills of Tuscany. Peaceful and quiet. Very friendly team of folks. Breakfast, lunch, pool and dinner. Marilena took great care of our family at dinner every night. Our daughters loved her! The Michelin star restaurant was INCREDIBLE!! Castello du Spaltenna is a really nice 5-star hotel. The staff is super serviceminded and friendly. The place is very nice and original. The Michelin restaurant is really good and so is the Osteria. The pool is nice and has a great view over the Tuscan hills. The small town of Gaiole in Chianti is within walking distance and has some good restaurants and bars. Very recommendable.

Amazing stay and experience at Castello di Spaltenna! The staff were so nice and helpful. The room was nice, well kept and AC was great during the hot climate. The morning breakfast was perfect and the restaurants were great. You can’t beat that pool location and view of the Tuscany landscape.

The location is adequate, though noticeably removed from the city's more vibrant and desirable attractions, which may pose a slight inconvenience for those wishing to explore the area more easily.

Rooms were dingy and dark, we had the third in the line of 5x mini-suites. The pool was nice but a walk away, and packed with fat Americans doing their white lotus... we ate at the Michelin restaurant, and it was good, the staff were...
