3. Room Quality
Casa Beatnik offers 12 individually styled suites within the main house and seven luxury yurts, along with a unique "Chapel" signature suite. Rooms are adults-only and are described as "gorgeous," "beautifully designed," and "extremely comfy." The interiors showcase a blend of timeless luxury and bold design, featuring handmade cement tiles by Popham Design, Antoniolupi soaking tubs, Molteni&C furnishings, Valérie Barkowski linens, plush Beni rugs by Soufiane Zarib, and hand-blown Murano glass chandeliers. Guests staying in yurts have praised the "enormous and the most comfortable" beds, likening the experience to "floating on air." Each room includes air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private bathroom with free toiletries.
4. Dining Experience
The hotel offers "two culinary adventures" with its distinct restaurants.
- Tribu: This restaurant focuses on "honest, seasonal cuisine of Galicia," showcasing local culinary treasures under the direction of Michelin-starred Executive Chef Marcos Campos.
- Bambola: Led by Italian Chef Federico Zedda, Bambola blends Italian classics with flavors inspired by the Silk Road, featuring handmade pastas and wood-fired dishes.
Both restaurants are open for brunch, lunch, and dinner, and an à la carte breakfast is provided. Guests consistently praise the food as "delicious," "excellent," and even "best in Spain." The hotel also boasts two craft cocktail bars, Tribu Bar & Lounge and the lively Pool House Bar, serving "well-made cocktails" and a "cool playlist" of international music, with DJs on weekends.
5. Service & Staff
The staff at Casa Beatnik Country House receives overwhelmingly positive feedback, with a near-perfect rating of 9.9 for staff service. Guests frequently highlight the team's "fabulous," "friendly," "attentive," and "welcoming" nature. Many express feeling "pampered and welcomed," noting the "uncommon" level of care and helpfulness, making the stay feel like an "experience" from start to finish.
6. Location & Accessibility
Casa Beatnik Country House is situated in the picturesque Rías Baixas wine region of Galicia, Spain, specifically in Vedra, A Coruña. It offers a peaceful, rural paradise setting amidst seven acres of vineyards and lush gardens. The hotel is conveniently located approximately 20 minutes outside of Santiago de Compostela, making it accessible for exploring the historic city and the wider Galician countryside. It is well-connected by road (N-525, AP53) and served by three airports: Santiago de Compostela (SCQ, 20-minute drive), A Coruña (LCG, 45-minute drive), and Vigo (VGO, 60-minute drive). Free on-site private parking is available for guests.
7. Value & Pricing
While specific price ranges are not extensively detailed in the reviews, one mention suggests prices starting around EUR 220.00. Most guests find the overall experience to be of high value, implicitly justifying the cost given the luxurious accommodations, exceptional service, and high-quality dining. However, one guest described the property as "very expensive" and "not worth it" based on their specific yurt experience, although the hotel clarified that the yurt's glamping style was accurately described and an upgrade was offered.
8. Common Complaints
While complaints are rare, one guest expressed dissatisfaction with their yurt experience, describing it as "uncomfortable" and feeling "isolated." Specific issues included uneven terrain to the main house, small selection for buffet breakfast, and a perception of staff prioritizing event groups over individual guests. The hotel responded to this feedback, clarifying that yurts are marketed as a glamping-style accommodation in the vineyard, separate from the main house, and that a complimentary upgrade to a main house room was declined by the guest. Another minor point for yurt guests is the need for a short walk to separate bathrooms.

I didn't try the room service but the restaurant/café. I visited Casa Beatnik on Saturday for my mother in law's birthday. What can I say, the experience was wonderful. Mark was welcoming and helpful , he guided us through the menu. We had a combination of courses from the al-a-carte menu. All the courses were great, well executed and accompanied with wine from the Casa's own vineyard. After we had finished our lunch we were invited to have dri...

We are an olderly couple looking for two nights in a Galician Paso. Beatnik county house , Booking was showing great pictures and reviews, they descriptions of this place were misleading deceiving, to call a Tent as a luxurious Bungalow was wrong, I booked 2 nights thinking that it was a room in the main house it was not, we were put outside in a tent far from the main house , difficult terrain...

Our experience was amazing. I went with my family, mom dad and sister and we had the best time. The service is perfect- we went to celebrate my dads birthday and everyone was super nice, they were even willing to make a special pizza menu for my dad on his day. It’s a perfect place to relax by the pool or the many areas they have with beautiful views. The food was soo good. We stayed at the yurts ...

Incredibly well decorated and attended. It’s on the pricey side but you know where you’re going as soon as you cross the door. We had a beautiful afternoon drinking cocktails and later we went in for dinner. Food isn’t too bad, i liked it all to be fair. To improve, we spent the whole afternoon drinking cocktails and missed a few sweets or something similar.
