The hotel offers free private parking and a paid valet service, including transfers from train stations in Chambéry, Aix-les-Bains, and Annecy, and airports in Chambéry and Geneva. The dining prices are often described as "reasonable" given the high standard. While specific price ranges for rooms are not consistently provided in the reviews, the overall sentiment is that it is well worth the cost.

8. Common Complaints

One notable recurring complaint concerns the air conditioning. A guest reported that the air conditioning was not working, and they later learned the owner had not allowed staff to turn it on despite outside temperatures of 30 degrees Celsius, urging the hotel not to advertise this facility if it's unusable. Another guest expressed frustration when their room wasn't made by 4 PM and that the restaurant was fully booked for dinner, preventing them from dining on-site. A minor criticism also mentioned a somewhat limited breakfast selection of teas and juices.

The first dish came in and the gluten fre...

Very friendly and helpful staff. The lady at reception was incredibly helpful when a miscommunication from our booking had put my friend and i in the same room, so within a short time from our arrival they managed to find us two separate rooms. Wonderful service!!

Response from the owner

Thank you for sharing your hotel experience. We are delighted to have been able to find a solution to the room problem. Customer satisfaction is our primary concern. Sincerely; Michèle, the owner

Website says cats are accepted, even Q&A say cats are accepted however they are not. Owner just say it s no and it s like that. Very rude, no explaination given and even trying to accomodate anything. Traveling with baby and have to change all plans because of moody owner before we even arrived there.

Response from the owner
