  • Air Conditioning: There have been isolated comments about the in-room air conditioning thermostat not always correlating perfectly with the actual room temperature.
  • Rooftop Bar Promotion: One review mentioned that reception staff could be perceived as "pushy" in encouraging guests to visit the rooftop bar by offering discounts.
  • Breakfast Crowding: During peak times, like New Year's Day, the breakfast area could become crowded, leading to staff being less prepared for the volume.

We had a great stay at Art’otel, made even better thanks to Theo at the front desk. He sorted out a couple of booking issues for us quickly and calmly, and was genuinely accommodating throughout — the kind of service that makes a difference. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a hotel: high quality, well thought out, and relaxed rather than chaotic. The room was smart, comfortable, and eve...

Wonderful hotel right in the middle of Zagreb. The staff was exceedingly professional and helpful, for example by recommending us some great restaurants in the area that we greatly enjoyed. The breakfast included offers a great variety of options and delicious dishes prepared on demand. The spa and pool areas were clean and cozy.

Best 5 star luxury hotel in Zagreb, hands down! Exceedingly friendly staff, amazing food at YEZI, and most importantly for when the weather is chilly, the Art'otel Zagreb has the best best spa with thermal circuit in town! Properly hot Finnish sauna and steam with indoor swimming pool complete with vibey mood lighting, there's nothing to complain about at this property. 10/10 recommend!

Very pretty hotel and rooms, nice and hard working staff, great shower pressure. Weird light controls were annoying. Buffet part of breakfast was nice; coffee service and ordered food was spotty. Hard, low quality beds and very noisy halls and outside alleys made sleep quality poor here. Easy access to the core city. On the whole, wouldn't return as good sleep is critical for a hotel.
