Common Complaints
While overwhelmingly positive, some minor criticisms have been noted. One recurring issue is the WiFi, with some guests finding it "difficult to connect" or in need of improvement. An isolated incident mentioned a guest's lunch reservation being canceled due to a 15-minute late arrival, as the kitchen closed shortly after. However, such complaints are rare amidst the consistently high praise.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all extremely nice. Also loved that they had more than just the traditional Italian style breakfast everyday. Don't forget to bring your swim and spa wear because there is an included session everyday! Other thing is, I also recommend a somewhat smaller car for their inside the gate parking. While there are enough spots, the inner ones are a lot e...

We had an incredible time at Arborina Relais for our mini moon. We stayed three days in this magic place, with a superb view, staff very nice and always here to help, very tasty breakfast and well located for a trip around the Barolo region. The daily SPA allowance was the cherry on the cake to make the stay perfect ! We highly recommend this place.

A lovely hotel in Barolo. The location is optimal, close to La Morra, Bra, and Alba. The rooms were spacious and modern with great views of the surrounding hills and vineyards. The food on-site was very very good, which makes it very convenient when you don’t want to drive in the evening. But most of all, the staff was exceptional- highly competent and friendly.

After finding out that their Michelin star restaurant was closed for renovations during our 4 night stay in October, we were a bit disappointed upon arrival. But I have to say- this small, upscale, Boutique hotel did not disappoint on its own merits. The rooms and bedding were top notch, the views (from romantic suite) were heavenly, and the staff was super attentive, and kind. The spa was a class...

Aside from the 5* customer service and a good breakfast, the relais was underwhelming. 1. We stayed in the Junior garden suite room. It was one of the main reasons for choosing the Relais, and honestly aside from #4 it was quite a disappointment. The terrace that cant really see rolling vineyards, to the right mostly blocked by trees and the breakfast building, and to the left, the neighbors garde...
