I am reviewing the restaurant, not the hotel. We had a lovely lunch here. The cuisine and service is refined yet pays homage to local specialities and ingredients. Classic preparations are presented, but with the chef’s own signature. The staff is professional and attentive. The interior space is elegant. One piece of advice to diners - the portions might be a bit larger than we are accustomed to ...

The Restaurant Alchimy is exceptional. The dishes are delicious and very refined both in flavour and presentation. They also have a very nice wine list. Service was very good and our waiter Laurence gave us some great suggestions from the menu. For us it was the most memorable restaurant in Albi. Highly recommended.

The weather was lovely and warm so sitting outside was a pleasure. In the main we had a lovely evening and most of the staff were really friendly. Didn't give 5 stars as our champagne was delayed to the table and my wife's main course was initially wr...
