I would definitely recommend the rooftop for great Italian food. The birt...

The hotel itself is absolutely amazing — beautiful, elegant, and full of character. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the staff, who were not welcoming at all. During checkout, the team was rude and unhelpful. When I asked for a place to pray, I was told there was nowhere available, despite an empty meeting room at the time. A bit of courtesy and understanding would have made a big di...
