Review scores are consistently high, averaging around 9.2 out of 10 on various platforms. Guests appreciate the hotel's blend of authentic Azerbaijani character with modern comfort, creating a relaxed and rooted atmosphere.

2. Key Highlights

Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location within Baku's Old City as a major draw. The authentic, clean, and minimal design of the newly renovated property is also a frequently lauded feature, offering a luxurious yet traditional feel. The friendly and helpful staff are another significant highlight, often going above and beyond to assist guests. Amenities such as free in-room WiFi and comfortable accommodations are also appreciated.

3. Room Quality

Kilim Boutique Hotel offers clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated rooms. Many guests describe them as spacious, particularly the Deluxe and Suite options. Rooms are equipped with new furniture, air conditioning, flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, soundproof windows, and tea/coffee making facilities. Private bathrooms come with free toiletries, and some rooms feature balconies overlooking side streets or the neighborhood. Even the smaller economy rooms are noted as comfortable for short stays.

4. Dining Experience

The hotel offers a highly-rated breakfast, scoring 7.5 by guests. It's served as a continental, buffet, vegetarian, and halal option, including local specialties, warm dishes, and fresh pastries. While generally considered good, some guests have noted that the variety could be improved or that options were limited if arriving later. A coffee shop is also available.

It is also conveniently close to numerous local restaurants, museums, and other attractions. The Sahil underground station is a short 5-minute walk away. Stayed for a week at this beautiful new hotel. Very aesthetically designed, and a perfect mix of historic n modern. And located in the heart of the old city. Loved everything about it.

We booked one economy and one deluxe room. Both were very clean and matched our expectations—the deluxe was spacious, and the economy, while smaller, was still comfortable for a short stay. The biggest advantage is the excellent location, right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of many Old City attractions. Staff were generally kind and hospitable, especially during breakfast, and ...

Rooms are spacious and very clean. Turned down service was provided with Fresh fruit platter for first day only. The breakfast was also classic local cuisine which was very well served by Chef Isa. A clean and beautiful hotel, mix of old charm and modern comfort. Large room, good amenities and the bonus is the heated flooring in the washroom. Located in the old city, near the double gate, makes it a convenient location to get around.
