My husband and I spent a few nights at this hotel to transition our daughter into Dartmouth college. It’s like 40 mins away but refreshing and clean! The stay was relaxing and the room was comfortably pleasant. The shower gel and hand soap were spa grade and overall, We would definitely stay here again. Plus we spent an extra day and did the beach that was 5 mins away and also enjoyed the heated ...

The hotel is undergoing changes with new ownership. The lobby was crowded with boxes, the front desk was covered with boxes and merchandise. The place looked a mess. There was no one at the front desk. The have an automated check in the didn't work. Waited 20 minutes for a person after calling a number at the front desk. Decided to change hotels, so didn't stay there.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. $200+ a night will get you no front desk staff (or cleaning staff), a loud speaker booming random music in the lobby 24/7, a large rec lounge filled with dusty boxes and construction materials with no space for you, a dirty hair-filled pool in a moldy unventilated basement room, and a “game room” that looks like it’s been used as storage for years. They are ...

I booked to stay near a wedding we were attending. My husband and I decided to treat ourselves to adjoining rooms so we could hang out after little ones in bed. I call to confirm with them that they’ve definitely got our adjoining rooms good to go and they say lazily yup all set. When we get there, they’ve given us rooms that are across the hall from one another. That is not acceptable when kids a...

No one actually works at this hotel, everything is automated. The rooms are decently designed, but our room was extremely humid, while other guests said their room smelled like paint and another said their room smelled musty. The whole first floor was under construction still. Clearly this place is not ready to take guests in a meaningful way.

I stayed here for my sisters wedding as part of a room block. HORRIBLE STAY EXPERIENCE . There is no one physically working at the hotel. We had to call many times to even gain access to our room as our code that was originally working stopped working two hours into our stay. We had continued issues with the keypad over the course of the stay. When you call for help, you Always get placed on hold...
