Great location - near the real alcazar, cathedral and setas. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms had everything we needed plus some lovely arrival gifts. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Clarins products in bathroom. The gym was small but very functional and the massages were relaxing, just ask for a little bit more pressure.
