My husband and I recently stayed at Villa Le Barone as part of a Backroads tour. What a wonderful experience, staying in a 16th century villa, overlooking the Tuscan countryside. Our room was clean, the food was wonderful, and the staff was great. I had a fun time exploring all the different rooms, winding stairways, and all the art and decor. We certainly understand why people stay here and every...

Both the Villa and the landscape are stunning. We have been several times to the villa Le Barone and each time we absolutely loved it. It has great charm, views on the Tuscan countryside are spectacular and above all, this place embodies serenity and quietness. Beautiful, tranquil, home away from home! My mother and I visited for 3 nights during our trip to northern Italy, and we will be back! The owners and staff were so welcoming, the food was incredible (and in no short supply!), and the views and atmosphere could not be beat. This was exactly what we dreamed of when we dreamt of visiting Tuscany!
