The staff knew the details of our meals and program intimately and anticipated our needs accordingly. Special mention to Mizuho who walked us through our check-in and welcome at the lounge, Hina who brought us to pick vegetables at the farm and I Chang and ...

Jap food was good but not spectacular though some very good broths in the line up. Breakfast was simple. Didn’t try the French restaurant. Staff are professional but not warm like the smaller family owned onsens. There’s a nice short wa...

The service was excellent. The room was comfortable but there were some parts of the room which required maintenance, and there was a strong smell of damp in the shower. We ate in the Japanese restaurant,...

Absolutely outstanding experience - the service, food, baths, and beautiful location in the forest can’t be beat. We loved the dinners (both French and Japanese) and the thermal baths and had our most restful moments of our trip. Hiking nearby too was so beautiful and remote!
