The location of the hotel is great. Centrally located, many things can be seen on foot. I recommend renting Yandex scooters for faster sightseeing. The staff at the hotel is very friendly. Only comment about the hotel restaurant, unfortunately the food is tasteless and very over priced

This is the only major hotel in the world, Ritz Carlton alone, where they do not allow guests to wear hotel supplied slippers in the breakfast hall. They made me go back to my room and put on shoes. "OH, these are our rules". Ridiculous !!!!
