This place is one of a kind. My wife and I stayed in one of the Pods for two nights. Small, but it is supposed to be. Having our own Stoked hot tub, a bottle of wine, and the serene view of the Ahuriri Valley is my definition of relaxing. Absolutely stunning. The quality of the room, the remarkable view, the impeccable service, the breathtaking hot tub location, the SUPERB FOOD! Every little detail is taken care of from check in to check out. Such a lovely team on board who make you feel right at home. The whole experience was unlike anything I’d experienced before.

The place is spectacular! One of my favorite hotels of the last decade. The architecturally significant building blends with the surroundings, and reveals magnificent sweeping views of the Ahuriri valley from everywhere. There are only 8 rooms in the property which means there are more staff than guests. The service is attentive and friendly.

The best lodge in New Zealand. I had the most incredible stay at the Lindis. The service is incredible and the setting, design and architecture is unlike anything else. We also experienced a meal in the black diamond which was unforgettable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

A wonderful high class establishment. The care and personalisation put into my visit was wonderful - and my stay was lovely. That being said, overall I would avoid the optional extras as they are priced above their worth. The food, location and personal touches were very much appreciated, and I would consider visiting again.
