It was the most luxurious hotel I have ever been to. It was the best Western dinner I've ever had. (I've never been to a hotel where the basic standard room rate exceeds $1,500, so I don't know.)

Amazing! This place was founded by a restaurant group and so it’s no surprise the included half board breakfast and dinner were Michelin level multi course meals that blew me away. Shout out to Shuto Ishii for providing incredible service despite our two raucous toddlers. Small luxury hotel. Beautiful surroundings very peaceful. Dinner and Breakfast are wonderful!! There is an onsen available in the room but you can also book a private onsen which is very nice. Room size is spacious fit 3 people comfortably. Highly recommend. Date of stayed 28/2/24

We had a wonderful experience at this property. Our family enjoyed the stay very much. We stayed at the annex block which is more private and we have a view of Mount Fuji. Onsen tub is in the bathroom and the water is of very high quality. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Spa, however is average and it is outsourced. We loved our stay. We had room 301 which had its private Onsen. Huge spaciousness in the room. Food was absolutely phenomenal all throughout our stay. Staff is super friendly and help. Plus, we loved that there is a free laundry self service. Would totally come back!
