The Coonamessett is a great option for dog-friendly hotel rooms or medium-to-large event spaces. We rented the Double Queen Suite for a weekend for our bride and groom’s suite, as it was extremely well-lit and spacious enough for my eight groomsmen to get ready with me. It was a little surprising that a room with such a large common space would have two queen beds instead of a king bed, though. Th...

We absolutely loved our stay here!!! The inn was so charming and clean. The continental breakfast each morning was delicious and kept us full for hours. Much more than your standard continental! Nancy, who worked at the hotel breakfast was lovely and kept putting out extra food for us, specifically the chocolate croissants! She made sure we enjoyed our meal and went above and beyond to check in. ...

Our lovely winter get away place. We've been on several multi night stays here at The Coonamessett. We have stayed in a king room, a king suite and this time, a queen suite. All were clean and comfortable. Desk staff are friendly and very helpful. We will be back!

We loved our stay. We were in town for a funeral and the reception was here as well. They were so accommodating, polite, and down right amazing. All of this during a 18 inch snowstorm. Claire, Amy, and Angie were all amazing.

We enjoyed our stay at this old Inn. The beds were SUPER comfortable and the service/staff A+. Our only complaint is that the place is more worn than the pics show online and the grounds needs some upkeep, as do the rooms. Many of the small decorative details shown in the room photos are missing and the gardens look forgotten. Overall though, we appreciated the large rooms and proximity to town. T...
