Beautiful hotel! Staff was really friendly, the rooms were spacious and the breakfast was an absolute killer! We stayed one night, and it was very misty so didn't try out the castle grounds or area, but the spa was a nice retreat for a misty day!

The golf courses was in terrible condition. Reparing had been done to the schloss course. Didn't get that information before arrival, and did not get any compensation. Stayed four nights and played golf. After our last round, we planned to visit the spa for a quick shower before departure. We were told we were 30 minutes too late (12:30) and had to pay the full day entrance fee for the spa. Ridic...

We stayed here for a weekend friends trip and had a great time. We had a very big room, nice couch and a bathtub and shower seperared. The bathroom was a little older but nice. Bed was comfy. Maybe highlight was the spa area with i think Atheist 4 Saunas, many pool chairs, the infity pool, drinks service and afternoon sun in the water. They have a huge garden where you can walk around and if you w...

Schlosshotel is placed in rather remote area, making it perfect for restoring vacation. There were small signs of hospitality ( wine at arrival, chocolate and water at departure), so you feel there as welcomed guest and not just a number. We had buffet dinner- pretty amazing with high quality fish and meat, vegetables from their own garden…This region is great to explore by bike… Small downside: E...

Regretebly the extra bed in the suite was extremely bad so we had poor sleep because of this. We should have complained, but didn't, so that is our fault. Otherwise a truly lovely place though the spa was too crowded for my liking.

Overall, our stay at this hotel was solid, but considering the price, I’ve experienced better facilities, rooms, and services elsewhere. It’s a bit on the expensive side. Be aware that part of the spa area is under construction (Dec 2023), affecting outdoor saunas and a pool annex. We opted for a package with half-board, wine, and treatments. The food was generally good, but note that a 3-course ...
