Great location with beautiful grounds. 2 restaurants on-site, breakfast. The rooms were updated in 2014 and in 2016 with high quality materials. There is parking on-site, you can borrow umbrellas if it's raining. However, simple things are not thought through, like there is not enough light in the bathroom - actually none in the tab, the bathroom door opens right into the toilet, the pillow choic...

Lovely hotel, lost in the south of Italy. The food is amazing, the pool is giant and calm. Only 21 rooms so it’s never overcrowded.

The beautiful surroundings of the hotel are completely overshadowed by the disastrously poor service, incompetent management, and a complete disregard for the comfort and well-being of the guests. I chose your 5 star hotel, at the rate I paid, for a premium experience, but instead, I was met with frustration and disappointment.

AVOID at all cost! You have been warned! This place is a disgrace: we have just been here 1 night so far but we have unfortunately booked 5 nights. The chaise longue at the pool are so old they fall apart and some are even dangerous with rusted screws pointing out. Our bedroom was not made. No hand soap is provided even after asking. Breakfast was a disaster: empty “buffet” and coffee service taki...

Please save your money and do not book here! This is not a 5 star experience at all. We stayed here at the end of May 2025. We were given one key card to share and shown to our room which was nice, this was around 6:30pm. The room door was very stiff and we accidently locked ourselves out. We were told that there was no other key card and this was the only master card. They explained after a storm...
