Decent Hotel. Close to everything we came to DC for. Price was not too bad. Went through Trivago to get super cheap deals. Really Friendly staff. The Dubliner restaurant on the ground floor cooks a lot of seafood, so the fish aroma permeates the entire place - if you dont mind those smells in the lobby and elevators, you should be fine. The seafood smell does not go into the rooms. The bathroom i...

I stayed at the Phoenix Park Hotel this past weekend and had a great experience. The staff were welcoming from the moment I arrived, and check‑in was quick and easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet given the central location. The hotel has a classic, historic charm, and you can tell it’s well cared for. Every team member I interacted with was friendly and attentive without ...

I normally review a Hotel after checking out, but I don't want to forget to write this review. Firstly, I came by early to drop off my bag so I could enjoy my day in DC. Shockingly, they checked me in at 11am. I'm a Front Desk clerk and this is rather unheard of. Most notably, Robin was so pleasant, efficient and helpful. She assigned me a nice room on a top floor with a view of Union Station. A...

Small but comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Good value. Only bummer, we were winter stir refugees and when asked for second night they said they had nothing available, then later called and said they could accommodate us but the room cost was 5x what we paid for 1st night. Late stage capitalism strikes again.

Great location right next to Union Station! The staff was super friendly and my stay was great. It can be a little loud at night with the single pane windows, so I'd advise using the hotel provided ear plugs. I'm knocking one star off because the lobby smelled super strongly of the Irish restaurant next door. It grossed me out every time I walked through there.

Very happy with this Hotel. Even though our double Queen room was extremely tiny. So much so that it was actually difficult to get around the beds. However it does come with a refrigerator which is always a bonus. In room safe and umbrellas along with dry cleaning pick up bag. The bathroom was also small but well-appointed and functional offering a good size step in shower with great water pressur...
