Wow, such a gorgeous hotel! Stayed for 4 nights on a ski holiday over valentines and my birthday. It was just perfect! From the moment we arrived the staff greeted us warmly and provided literature and a welcome glass of bubbly. There was an initial tour of the property, although I must say it wasn’t thorough and we didn’t really understand how to get to the various saunas, jacuzzi and relaxation ...

I decided to treat myself to a birthday gift and book this amazingly wonderful hotel with spa. Probably the gift I have ever given to myself. Everything was so smooth and the staff is beyond compare. So attentive and human. They all seem to love working there and that is reflected in the way they relate to their guests. I highly recommend a stay there especially in their new nature suites, which i...

A beautiful hotel and spa nestled into the Dolomite mountains. Spectacular views, a great spa program, great rooms, and friendly welcoming staff. There is a dynamic fixed dinner menu every evening prepared by the chef. I highly recommend that experience. This is our third stay here in the past 12 years and it continues to get better and better. A great base for a week of hiking in the mountains.

The staff was so helpful planning logistics of our trip, letting us leave our car in the parking lot for the duration of our hike, stowing our luggage for the 4 days we were hiking prior to our stay, helping us plan the logistics of gett...
