Its "quiet luxury" ethos and focus on intimate spaces resonate strongly with visitors.

2. Key Highlights

Guests consistently highlight several aspects that make NUMO Mykonos stand out:

  • Calming Atmosphere & Design: The resort resembles a traditional Greek village, featuring curvaceous Cycladic architecture and subtle 1960s nostalgia in its design. The property blends effortlessly with its natural surroundings, utilizing a color palette inspired by the emerald and blue-green hues of Kalafati waters and golden sands.
  • Exceptional Service: The staff receives continuous accolades for being incredibly hospitable, polite, attentive, and going "above and beyond" to assist guests.
  • Stunning Location: Situated on the quieter southeast coast of Mykonos, the resort offers beautiful views and a peaceful environment, while still being a short walk from Kalafatis Beach.
  • Amenities: Features like an outdoor pool, a petite Etherea Boutique Spa offering massages and treatments, and a fitness center (Ensoma) contribute to a holistic relaxation experience. Some suites even boast private pools and sea views. The resort also emphasizes sustainability through solar energy, water-saving initiatives, and local sourcing of produce.

3. Room Quality

The resort's 27 rooms and suites are designed with a relaxed and effortlessly luxurious style. Key features include:

  • Design & Decor: Minimalist decor with subtle 1960s nostalgia, black and white striped marble floors, statement brass light fixtures, and decorative objects from Cycladic workshops. Built-in beds and seating areas are inspired by vintage aesthetics and traditional Mykonian architecture.

Fantastic hotel to properly chill out. Location is away from the party atmosphere of Mykonos town. Staff were very helpful. Lunches and dinners were really good but breakfast was slightly repetitive. Main downside the bedrooms are quite small and don’t have great storage. Nice cocktails included in our package as we booked via Luxury Escapes. Boho chic style is in vogue and is on show here. We had the most wonderful time! A beautiful small boutique hotel at the east coast. The staff was extraordinarily friendly, the ambient was immaculate and the food delicious. We planned on exploring the island but ended up staying in the hotel relaxing most of the time. It was very quiet and relaxed. With less than 30 rooms it is very private. Highly recommend!
