I stayed here approximately a month ago. The staff were fantastic but the building needs some serious upgrading. There was buckets in the corridor outside guest rooms that was catching rain water from a serious leak. I requested a room switch as the heating was not working in my original room- the staff were very apologetic and accommodating. Lovely hotel but needs a bit of work to be a 5 star.

What a DUMP! We stayed here had to put the oven and all 4 hobs on to keep the apartment warm last Saturday.
