Really enjoyable stay. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom and great high ceilings. Breakfast very good with attentive service and a wide range of fresh to cook items to supplement the continental buffet. TV could do with an upgrade in the room, looked small on the wall & would be great to have a smart TV with casting options. Spa was clean and the booking system keeps the numbers to an intimate leve...

Lovely food, drink and location with several great dining options. I think that this hotel is a very solid 4 star hotel but is lacking the extra little touches of acknowledgement for a five star. Examples: There was a miscommunication from a receptionist telling us one of the restaurants was closed that evening however when heading to the more casual restaurant we saw it open, the rooms are luxuri...

I stayed here approximately a month ago. The staff were fantastic but the building needs some serious upgrading. There was buckets in the corridor outside guest rooms that was catching rain water from a serious leak. I requested a room switch as the heating was not working in my original room- the staff were very apologetic and accommodating. Lovely hotel but needs a bit of work to be a 5 star.

Then to top it off we left our swimwear in the bathroom drying checked out without it, when we rang the hotel the foreign lady was rude on the phone and kept saying if we left it there it would be handed in, suggesting we didn’t know if we left it there or not. €100 worth of swimwear gone w...
