When we first arrived, there was a small issue with our original room type (we were not aware it would have bunk beds at time of booking), but the staff were very accommodating and quickly resolved it for us. Staff were brilliant and really helpful, we travelled to Paris from the Uk and were unable to get in our Airbnb it was 9pm so needed a hotel they had a room for us and provided everything we needed, only comments we have are, they don’t have TVs and they have a laundry room with iron and washing machine and dryers, but no English instructions. I came at 1:30 am, on reception said cause it’s to late and I leave next day garage is free for me. Next day nobody told that late check out costs 50€ per hour. Also said that nobody told me about free garage. Very ruby and unrespectful. Also floor are extremely dirty. Better never stay here

Lovely rooms. Terrible service. Room was not serviced on second day. Fridge did not work. Asked for both to be sorted- neither was. Check in was delayed- we knew it was at 15:00 hrs. We arrived at 15:50 and were told it still was not ready. It took another 20 minutes. Service in the restaurant was appalling.
