I stayed here with a group doing a walking tour of the Waterloo battlefield area. The room was large by European standards and very quiet. The included breakfast was very good with several made-to-order choices. The hotel staff members were all pleasant, helpful and efficient.

Very cute hotel in Waterloo. Very close to Waterloo Museum. Breakfast was decent. The air conditioner in our room wasn’t the best. But I do recommend this hotel if you’re in the area. I would stay here again.

We booked a room because we needed a stay not far away from Brussels. We were amazed by the high standards of our hotel room, the beautiful garden scenery outside, and the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is well located in a small town with some restaurants and shops. We definitely can recommend the hotel's own restaurant as well, the food was amazing.

Reception had no problem ordering me taxis and check in & out was fast and efficient. Ordered room service from the attached restaurant and whilst pricey (€55 for 3 vegetarian courses - meat more expensive) it was quick ...
