Our Valentine’s weekend stay was very disappointing and not what we expect from a 4-star hotel. The dinner service was extremely frustrating. We waited over three hours for a 3-course meal, which is simply unacceptable. As compensation, we were offered a digestif that we never received. Service timing was poor overall — our drinks arrived after the entrée and only shortly before the main course, a...

The service was very good, from the reception to the people in the restaurants, to the cleaning ladies who greeted me with a nice smile always. The location is beautiful, Clervaux is a small but cozy village. The room is also good, I stayed in the Clervaux Suite, the only small complaint that I could have is the pillows are a bit hard/stiff, personally I prefer softer pillows. But that is just my ...

Rooms well appointed and large, almost flat size, with cosmetic maintenance needed everywhere. Wobbly toilet seat, one sink fine the other missing chrome attachments, chips and marks etc. All little things easy to fix that took the shine of an otherwise decent hotel. The carpets in the lobby were overdue a scrub, while the copy paste art work on every landing felt as if you were going around in ci...

Nice and cosy village. A really lovely cosy hotel with all the services you need if you like welness, nice food and friendly staff. If you like nice italian food, the restaurant is also recommended.

My room was really lovely and comfortable. The spa is spacious and welcoming. The hotel restaurant was very good. The staff were very nice and helpful. Only issue I had is that you can't identify the hotel from the road, so I drove around in circles for a bit. Some signage might be helpful.
