I made a last-minute booking for 2 nights on booking dot com. Check-in was a breeze, staff were friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable room. I had a little trouble with the thermostat but nothing worth complaining about. They arranged a ride to the airport for me the afternoon before my departure. A beautiful hotel with a Ski bar on the roof on the seventh floor, which we visited. It has a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore and the three islands of Isola Bella, Isola Superiore and Isola La Malghera in it. It is definitely worth going to the Sky bar and enjoying the wonderful view of the lake.
