We spent a week in August 2025. Very good experience overall. Staff very professional and welcoming. We had two cancel two nights a few days before leaving and, despite the hotel being fully booked and the nights already paid, the hotel accepted to refund us for the two nights (although they did not have to, according to the general conditions).
