Very disappointing experience. I paid 3,500 TL and couldn’t even sit near the beach. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and there was no atmosphere at all. Almost all the good spots were “reserved,” so you’re left without a decent place to sit. The number of umbrellas is very limited — expect to stay under the sun with no shade and no assistance. Definitely not worth the price.

I stay at Kuum hotel in Bodrum, Turkey for 3 nights. What an amazing experience. The Reception staff were so friendly, accommodating and professional especially as a foreigner to the country. To be honest, the service at this hotel was the worst I have come across. Comparable to other hotels at the same price range it’s less than 1 star. The location is lovely but it’s severely let down by terrible customer service and skills.
