A gorgeous, tranquil retreat in a quiet corner of Cape Town. The property was a dream, and made our honeymoon in Cape Town so special. There's so much to rave about - the rooms were adorable, clean and comfortable; the breakfast food was delicious, and the staff was incredible and friendly. Plus there were beautiful views of Table Mountain. The property isn't in the heart of Cape Town but EASILY a...

It is in a beautiful location set back from Cape Town, and only minutes from Table Mountain. Quiet, peaceful and private. Our room was contemporary, clean and cozy. I could not fault the staff. They couldn’t do enough for us. I didn’t even ha...

I have stayed at Kensington Place a few times now, and absolutely love this property. Very unassuming from the street, it is a boutique oasis set in a quiet residential area just a few minutes away by car to Kloof Street. In the three years I’ve been coming here, the hospitality team has stayed the same. On my return visit, most of the team remembered me, and were incredibly warm and welcoming. Al...

We had an incredible stay at Kensington Place! The breakfast and fresh juices are incredible, and the staff is so attentive; we came home after a long day of hiking and exploring to find a bottle of bubbly, flowers, and chocolate in our room, plus hot water bottles tucked into the bed. Incredible hospitality!

They let us check in early at 8am because they had open availability — it was amazing for us to shower and rest from our jet lag! They also upgraded us given they had a nicer room available at the time of checkin. Included breakfast and coffee is a nice touch (it’s del...
