The hotel needs serious renovation and upgrades of its facilities. Bedding, linens, furniture, are old, carpet in the rooms full of dust. Outstanding service, great location, great food. Staff are very good, especially the team in come prima and the guys in the ski room. Only criticisms is the out of control children in the lobby bar with the parents going unchallenged by staff. Makes it an unpleasant place to spend time for couples, and the rooms are slightly dated.
