Once-in-lifetime experience. The facilities are "South African bush elegant" with a staff to match. Everyone we met from the owner to the housekeepers were warmly friendly and attentive. This is not our normal level of travel - except for 6-star Seabourn cruising, we choose well-rated 4-star hotels - but we found the experience and indelible memories to be worth the cost.
