Stayed 6 nights at Il Sereno, beautiful rooms and good service. The food menu and presentation were nice, but the food lacked flavor. Unfortunately, the robes and towels were often not clean, and even after I reported it twice, they still arrived dirty. I also had a massage the therapist was excellent, but the massage bed was poor quality and noisy, making it hard to relax.

Had a wonderful experience having dinner here at Il Sereno. Roberto and Chiara were excellent servers in explaining each dish, and we had a lot of fun with them! We also had a lot of fun on the balcony ordering drinks and a cigar with the bartender upstairs. Fantastic experience, would love to stay here someday!
