Located a few minutes walk from the main city strip the location is great for not being on the beach. The service from the staff there was a highlight. We received great service from everyone there, especially Naomi who went out of her way and offered to call our airline to help get updates on our lost luggage. Big thank you to Naomi for helping with that. Lorenzo on the bar was also great. Valu...

I had such a lovely stay at Tiki Tiki! I stayed in Tulum for 3 nights during “low season”, and arrived midweek. I was the sole guest at this small boutique hotel for most of my visit, and enjoyed having the peaceful pool to myself in the evenings after long days exploring Tulum. I can imagine as the hotel fills up it would be a great place to meet other solo travelers- the common areas of the hote...

Nice hotel, very cozy and stylish environment, lots of plants, you feel like in the jungle. Breakfast is modest, but sufficient, healthy, very delicious bread, fresh fruits, juice. It seems like we were the only residents. So it was peaceful, quiet, everything belonged only for us. It was amazing stay.

Her attention to detail and communicat...

My partner and I stayed here at the end of the year and we had the loveliest stay. The staff are so kind and friendly, including the sweetest resident kitty! The property is beautiful, a true oasis. Everything felt like such a treat. I loved the hair and skin products in the rooms! I hope we will be able to return to Tiki Tiki one day :)

The staff speaks English and was very helpful. Breakfast of yogurt fresh fruit and granola and fresh squeezed OJ was really nice. One day we had to leave early for an excursion and since we would miss breakfast they packed some snacks and juice for us to take. Everything is clean and serene. Nice roof deck for star gazing. The fact that it is away from the hustle and bustle was a huge plus for us...
