Room Quality

Rooms at Hotel Presidente are generally described as clean, comfortable, and often spacious, providing ample room for relaxation. Timely assistance with bags and check in/check out. SQUEAKY CLEAN rooms and the breakfast was very good. Walking distance to museums and a couple parks. I’m not maybe the best on describing ambience but may...

Wonderful staff - attentive, polite, helpful. Breakfast was tasty with good variety to choose from, including traditional Costa Rican cuisine. Dinner in the rooftop restaurant was also tasty and an easy choice on our first night arriving at the hotel. Room was clean, big enough, comfortable beds.

The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The room was a good size and had a mini fridge and a hair dryer. It was very humid though and the A/C struggled to regulate that. There is a rooftop restaurant and there are restaurants and shops within walking distance. It's also walking distance to museums.
