The most wonderful and central place to stay for a 3 day visit! We were lucky enough to have a balcony room on the opposite side to the cathedral. It was still wonderful with gorgeous views of the little alleys and a lovely patio for relaxing in the afternoon sun. Comfortable and lovely bathtub! The rooftop bar was fun but after an initial drink we went exploring the tapas bars. The spa facilities...

The staff is super rude, the rooms are super loud, you can hear everything from the street the whole night (because they don’t have sealed windows), the spa si falling apart, (debris is coming from the ceiling), the gym is NOT working, they offer “especial celebration decoration” and is just plastic petals, the whole hotel is a tourist trap. I don’t know how, a place like this is allowed to exist ...

The sky bars are very popular and open to the public although there is a doorman. The rooftop pool is great although not very warm. Obviously, being in the centre of town it could be noisy at night. We had a top floor room so the sky bar was directly above us. Being so close t...
