The rooftop Skyline swimming pool, with its unique circuit design, swan-neck jets, volcanoes, and bubble beds, along with heated jacuzzis and city views, is a standout feature.

The Manhattan Wine and Lounge offers cocktails and tapas, complemented by a large terrace. Breakfast is frequently described as "amazing," "fantastic," and "lovely" by guests. 7. Value & Pricing - Luxurious Experience with Perceived Good Value

While a luxury hotel, many guests find the Gran Hotel Nagari Boutique & Spa to offer good value for money, especially considering its 5-star amenities and central location. Room prices for a 1-night stay for two adults can start from approximately $115.35, though this can vary. The average room price is around $231, which some consider an "exceptional opportunity to indulge in opulence at an affordable rate" compared to the city's average. A facilities fee of EUR 25 per person includes spa usage.

8. Common Complaints - Minor Issues Amidst High Praise

Despite the overwhelmingly positive feedback, a few minor recurring criticisms have been noted:

  • Parking Costs and Access: While parking is available, some guests found the on-site parking price (EUR 16.50 - EUR 22 per night) to be expensive and the underground car park "very tight" for larger cars. An alternative public car park nearby with an agreed hotel rate of EUR 14 per day is mentioned.
  • Room Lighting Control: One guest specifically mentioned that the "electric light in the rooms at night is uncontrollable."
  • Breakfast Quality: Although generally praised, one review suggested breakfast might not fully meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel.
  • Spa Pool Availability: One past complaint noted that the spa and pool, despite having beautiful views, were only open to those who reserved in advance, making it largely "unused and unseen" by other guests.
  • Noise: Occasional noise from adjacent rooms' televisions has been reported.
  • Pool Maintenance: It's important to note that maintenance work on the swimming pool is scheduled from January 26, 2026, to February 12, 2026, during which this service will be unavailable.

From the moment we arrived, the service was cold and unwelcoming. There was no genuine greeting, no sense of hospitality — staff simply stood there and answered basic questions bluntly, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than guests. Parking costs €25 per day, which is hard to justify given the already high room rates. Even more surprising, access to the spa facilities is not included, d...

Disappointed that the drinks service was extremely slow. The hotel was let down by a young guy waiting tables in the bar. Poor attitude and zero respect for the customer in a 5 star hotel! Also I have never stayed in any hotel throughout the world where they charge €25 per customer per hour to use a tiny swimming pool!! The rest of the hotel staff and service was very good…just a few issues can ru...

False advertising on the website. Multiple photographs of a swimming pool including advertising children’s swimming hours which is the main reason I chose the hotel. On check in, no mention of any pool restrictions, only an offer to book a spa service which I already had. Went to use the pool and told it is €25 per hour per person charge despite being guests at the hotel all week. Front desk were ...

My husband and I were not guests but visited the roof top pool for the day. The staff, particularly Fernando I think his name was on reception who facilitated our visit. Great experience

My go-to hotel in Vigo. Comfortable rooms and friendly service. My only complaint is that the web site makes it look like they have a spa and pool in the building, which is not the case.
