My husband and I spent a weekend here and it was lovely. Such a unique building, the room was great(fireplace was an extra awesome touch). The people working there were great-Peter and Katey were super helpful. About a 10 min walk to downtown. Breakfast in the morning was tasty and the available parking was very nice. Would love to stay again the next time we are in Newport.

Super cute spot - it is a small spot so you are going to get some small things that you would not get a large scale operation. Rooms are nicely decorated, bathrooms are well stocked. The breakfast is homemade and cute, just enough to get you up and running in the morning. It has character, it is an old house converted into an Inn. Great for an inexpensive and cute place to stay that is well situat...

Gorgeous Photos Online, But Reality Was a Major Letdown my 6’4 husband was too big for the room! We originally booked this hotel for three nights at $1,300, expecting a boutique experience. The photos online are absolutely stunning, and the property itself has a lot of charm. However, the room we were given was tiny—barely 100 sq. ft.—and on the third floor up a very narrow staircase, which was c...

Lovely boutique hotel. The third floor suite was spacious for three people, very clean, and charmingly appointed. The staff was very attentive and installed a window AC unit to help us get through the heat wave. The breakfast was lovely — lots of sweet and savory options and very filling. Patio and parlor were great places to have a snack. Took about 20minutes to walk downtown, which is nice becau...
