This was perhaps the golf course in the best condition of the courses we played in November in this area. Very fast greens were a challenge. However a few holes have a carry of over 150 meters which with wind in your face were a really challenge.

I booked Finca Cortesin through American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts, expecting the level of service and room quality that FHR properties normally guarantee. Unfortunately, the one night stay was disappointing and falls closer to 2.5 stars than 5. I hate to give negative reviews, and it’s disappointing to have to do so. Despite the beautiful grounds and excellent spa treatments, our room was no...

We played a fantastic round at Finca Cortesin. We were welcomed by one of the buggy masters who took our clubs and set us up at the range. After using all practice facilities to warm up (which are amazing), we were loaded up into our buggies and taken to the first tee. There is nothing I can fault about the place. Love it! Yes, it’s on the pricey side, but honestly it is worth it. I’ll be back fo...

This is a private and exclusive property. However the level of service doesn’t quite match the level expected of such a property. Breakfast and dinner were both difficult due to understaffing or under training of employees. Often orders got mixed up/forgotten. This should not happen even if it’s off season in October

Superb course with a fantastic team of people on and around the property. Practice area was superb. The actual course setup was amazing. The area in general has had lots of rain so no buggies allowed on fairways. No big deal. The greens were actually very good but looked like they needed some decent sunshine to bring them back to their best. They were quick greens for us. 13.2 down to 6.2 we all h...
