For food enthusiasts, the integrated market and dining options significantly enhance the value.
8. Common Complaints
While guest feedback is overwhelmingly positive, a few minor points have been noted:
- Noise: Some reviews mention that rooms not facing away from the marketplace might experience some noise due to the bustling nature of the ground floor Agora. However, double-glazed windows are in place to mitigate this.
- Gym Hours: One guest mentioned a complaint about the gym not opening until 7 am.
- Dinner vs. Breakfast: While breakfast is highly praised, one reviewer suggested that dinner at the hotel could potentially be skipped in favor of exploring other dining options, though the restaurant itself is on the Michelin Guide.

The concept is incredibly nice, a kind of an organic supermarket below the hotel with restaurants and delicacies to buy. The rooms... Well, windows to the inside of the restaurant space. Noisy at times, no fresh air or view of any kind, being in a city like Athens, is a downside for me. Good breakfast though!

Some of the best food we had in our two weeks in Greece! Came here twice, once for dinner at a very slow time (early in the evening) and once for lunch on a Friday when they were extremely busy. Two very different experiences, but the food was excellent both times. For dinner, great service and a quiet atmosphere, got to try several dishes with a friend, server very kind about a drink order mixup...

I really wanted to like this place. The interiors are great, with the best location but the staff -😫. Another story all together. Was already seated for 40 minutes and had to eventually walk out after repeatedly asking, no, BEGGING for the staff’s attention. Even though the menu looked great and I could see our neighbors enjoying their meals, I wasn’t up for this sort of treatment. Had a word wi...

The food was excellent, everything very well prepared, and the quality of the ingredients was obvious from the first bite. We liked it so much that we went back two days later. The prices were also very reasonable considering how well you eat th...

Review just for the restaurant: The food was wonderful and it came pretty fast. The athmosphere, while the place is nice, it is somewhat noisy and crowded. I do not mind that but if you are looking for a quiet fancy restaurant, this is not for you. The staff was very helpful as well. I would eat here very often because the food is very tasty.
