The hotel has been created by restoring an old farmhouse, with rooms arranged in courtyards, and a separate new area for the pool and restaurant - overall a beautiful sympathetic and stylish restoration. Dined in the restaurant one evening and this is a must - gorgeous food with a focus on local produce. They also have a small secluded spa overlooking the valle...

We had a wonderful stay at Dimora delle Balze. The hotel staff were so attentive and always happy to help. The property itself is very quiet and peaceful which is just what we needed to escape the bustle! It’s located about 20 minutes from Noto which is a nice town and 40 minutes to Ortigia which is really pretty. The food and wine at the hotel was really excellent!
