We didn’t stay at the hotel but stopped by for a drink and some food. Food and service were excellent. The location is top notch and you can clearly see that the new team is working hard to make this a dream vacation spot again.

This is a strange five-star review to write. We didn't have a good experience: when we arrived, there was no electricity, and it had already been out for over 24 hours. They hadn’t let us know. I couldn't recommend a trip to Butterfly House more. All the rooms are very comfortable & clean. The beach is exceptional & hotel grounds have plenty of space to relax. All the staff are so friendly, helpful and happy with delicious food. It is a complete gem on the Bahia coast.

An absolutely beautiful pousada, a notch above the rest available in every way. Attention to detail in every thing. Gorgeous decoration in the bungalows, comfortable bed and lovely linens, great service from the staff, good food and gorgeous grounds.

Breathtaking pousada! We went for a drink by the beach and it was lovely. Very friendly personnel and the food was excellent. Really recommend stopping by if you are doing the quad trail.
