The staff team is very welcoming and helpful. The location can be slightly far from the central if you want to walk to the busy area for food and activities. However it’s quiet for us and I enjoy it very much. The hotel also gave us more flexibility for check out time making our travel much easier with young child. The hotel offers various activities throughout the week, we did Jamu making sessio...

The rooms are luxurious and modern. Beds could be a bit more comfortable, but to be fair we requested two twin beds for our trip rather than the queen bed. Rooms were kept clean, with house keeping coming in the morning for tidying and in the evening for turn down service. Definitely take the time to book a dinner at Copper Kitchen as the risotto and drinks were delicious. If you need a private dr...
