Basq House is a great, significant milestone in Byron Bay's long-term transformation from a post-hippy surf town into a high quality, all year-round holiday destination. We spent 8 (!) days and nights in Basq House around New Year’s Eve. Most Byron Bay visitors spend max a long weekend there, and we couldn’t have had such a great time, if it was not Basq Hotel. You can spend there even a whole day...

Absolutely fantastic stay at Basq House! We stayed for 5 nights and had the most relaxing time. The service was impeccable and the room was extremely comfortable and spacious. Really nice amenities and the library room and reception were beautifully decorated. Pool was also lovely. The location was perfect - right in the centre of Byron but still very quiet and peaceful.

All the common areas were stunning and we wished we could stay longer, it was a joy to work away from home and spend the long weekend here. All the staff were really kind and attentive. We loved the towel service, bike and...

What an amazing boutique hotel, right in the heart of Byron Bay. We couldn’t have picked a better location. As soon as we stepped out of the hotel, there were so many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops literally on our doorstep. The beach is a short walk away as well. Despite being right in the heart of Byron Bay, the hotel was super quiet. We had the best sleep every night. The staff are absolute...
