  • Occasional feedback regarding "overly loud and continuous music at some of the hotel restaurants," which some guests felt detracted from the dining experience.
  • Minor issues such as "annoying noise in the morning" and "badly-placed make-up mirror" have been noted.
  • Some guests found that private terraces lacked sufficient privacy due to inadequate separation from neighboring areas, and noise could occasionally carry easily across the resort.
  • A point of feedback is that not all desert activities are included in the standard stay packages.
  • A few guests have reported issues with billing, suggesting it's advisable to double-check charges upon departure.

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay at Bab Al Shams Desert Resort, and it exceeded our expectations in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless — the immaculate cleanliness, the beautifully maintained grounds, and the outstanding food across all restaurants made every day feel special. But what truly makes this resort extraordinary is the people. The entire staff ...

I have always loved this desert resort and have visited many times over the years. It has always been a special place — peaceful, beautifully maintained, and a place I genuinely enjoyed returning to. Unfortunately, my visit today was deeply disappointing. The prices were increased dramatically just because of the public holiday, with no added value to justify it. For example, a simple mimosa by t...

We stayed at the hotel with our family of four, in two 2 persons rooms, which were really beautiful, spacious, clean and very comfortable, with great beds. We stayed there in September 2025. The hotel’s interior was stylish, clean, and very comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the start. Christina at the front desk welcomed me with a warm smile and kindly showed me around, which made me feel truly cared for. What a wonderful experience. Everything was perfect. The food the staff the facilities, really everything. Room was beautiful and very comfortable. Definitely hot so enjoy a walk at sunrise. It is very refreshing to see the desert without feeling the extreme heat. I recommend early morning and evening activities. Can’t wait to go back.
