- Spa Closures: A guest expressed disappointment that a part of the spa was closed during their stay.

A very pleasant stay at Andrássy. The rooms are spacious and the facilities around the hotel excellent - especially the spa, which is definitely the highlight. The food provided as part of board at Talu was tremendous, well deserving of its Michelin recommendation. All interactions with staff were warm and friendly, but I want to pay special mention to Lilla at the reception who was tremendously h...

We had a pleasant stay, but it didn’t quite feel like the 5-star standard you would expect in Hungary. The rooms are nice and comfortable, and the spa area is well designed, but some details were disappointing. For example, there was a coffee machine in the room, but no capsules provided. Also, the restaurant, although Michelin recommended, could offer better and more refined dishes to truly meet...

Stayed here for a friends wedding, the facilities are really good. The rooms are lovely and the different pools and saunas are really nice but, for them to claim that this is a 5 star hotel the service was definitely not there for me, and sadly it tainted the whole experience. At check in we never got a welcome debrief of where everything was what time breakfast and dinner service is what the spa ...
